Court Order Rules on Ogden Principal Fired
Here is a Court Order that puts the proverbial nail in the coffin for disgraced principal Mike Beyer. What makes this order extraordinary is the presiding judge. This order has an amazing attention to detail, as well as the “dressing down” of both the defense and plaintiff for doing really bad, sloppy jobs presenting their cases. Further, it appears this Judge doesn’t think this case even belongs in front of her.
Here is a Court Order that puts the proverbial nail in the coffin for disgraced principal Mike Beyer. What makes this order extraordinary is the presiding judge. This order has an amazing attention to detail, as well as the “dressing down” of both the defense and plaintiff for doing really bad, sloppy jobs presenting their cases. Further, it appears this Judge doesn’t think this case even belongs in front of her.
Not only does this order declare Beyer unable to get back into CPS, the Judge doesn’t really even want him back in the courtroom unless he puts together more coherent arguments.
What the “Concerned Parents” group knew all along about Beyer, the Judge figured it out pretty quickly.
The two outstanding items left for the Judge to rule on is whether Beyer should return his paychecks and whether he has standing as a Whistleblower. Those items will be decided June 5.
As this order reveals, the Judge declared the Ogden LSC has no standing in this case. Although the “Concerned Parents” group picked off several LSC members and forced their resignation from the suit to block a Quorum, the 4 remaining LSC members, Deb Land, Thea Flores, Chris McCabe and Jezail Jackson ended up getting kicked off the case. In the end, they were just 4 random people showing up on a lawsuit to keep busy. Not a brilliant career move for the two CPS employees.
Since these 4 LSC members did not act in good faith for the Ogden/Jenner School, community members are calling for their resignation. The LSC should have stayed neutral in order to represent the school population as a whole. It was derelict to do otherwise.
Further, this LSC, in between Court appearances for a Principal accused of attendance cheating and Data breaching, found time to illegally remove an elected LSC member, Ms. Kizzy.
The LSC retaliated against Ms. Kizzy because she followed her conscience and refused to join the Beyer lawsuit or attend any strategy meetings about the Beyer litigation.
The Community is calling for returning Ms. Kizzy back to her lawful, elected seat on the Ogden/Jenner LSC so she can continue advocating for the Jenner community.
