ARDC Investigating CPS Attorneys
Attached is the ARDC correspondence that indicates an investigation has been opened on several Chicago Public Schools attorneys.
The ARDC, Illinois Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission, investigates and prosecutes misconduct complaints and maintains registration and discipline information regarding Illinoislawyers.
The letter states:
We have received your correspondence about the above named attorneys.
We will request that the attorneys submit responses to the matters you have raised. We will then determine if further investigation is necessary.
We will contact you if further information is needed.

Complaints about the above attorneys include the secret “ethics” department, information breach noncompliance, intimidating voicemails to parents who advocate for their children, manufactured “ban from CPS property” retaliation letters to parents, and more.
Two other attorneys on the Ogden International School LSC are also under investigation for their role in the acute malfeasance of the Ogden LSC:

I’m glad Libby Massey is being investigated as I have evidence ( her W2 which she provided) showing that was not working for CPS, and that she was working for Robin and Schwartz law firm on Oak Brook, IL school, during the relevant time.
